Shasta is an amazing little horse. She came off the feedlot in July of 2019 along with Cisco (now known as Theo) and was a shining star ever since! There are many reasons why horses end up feedlots, sometimes it has to do with age or health issues but Shasta seems to be one of those cases where she just ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time. From day one she has been incredibly sweet, loving, and playful. Shasta was at our rescue for almost a year before she found her right person to call her own. She was adopted in March 2020 and is currently calling Utah her home as she lives the best live she can with her own herd, family, and beautiful pastures to roam!
